To mention, what a surprise it is! Varun Dhawan recently released the first look of Judwaa 2 that has peak our excitement to a new level. Just take a look at the picture and you will know that we are not joking!
As in one side he shows us his classy, geeky, unique side as Prem. The other side of his has a macho looking Raja with his long stresses and six pack abs on portrayal. Well the title name suggests that Varun plays a double role in this movie just like how Salman Khan enacted the role of Raja and Prem in the hit prequel “Judwaa” that was released a decade back.
So tell us which one do you like more ? The classy Prem or the tapori Raj!
Well it is said that Varun however doesn’t want to be compared to Salman only because he stepped into the latter’s shoes for Judwaa 2. In a media interaction, Varun stated that he is not thinking about that. He said that when de does a film the main purpose is to entertain the audience that’s the only thought he has. Ultimately people have to come to the theatres to get entertained.
It is clear now that Salman will also be seen playing a cameo in Judwaa 2 while his characters are being played by Varun in the sequel. Salman will be sharing the screen space with Varun’s double characters. The sequence has been designed as a highlight in the film.
Judwaa 2 also has Tapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez playing Raja and Prem’s love interests. And to tell you that the film will retain two of the original blockbusters: Chalti Hai Kya Nau Se Barah and Oonchi Hai Building.
Undoubtedly Varun is super excited to be part of the Judwaa venture, as he recently said that Judwaa is the biggest film he have done as he’s a die-hard fan of the original movie and this way the sequel is a special one.
Team Judwaa 2 will shoot a few schedules over the following months and is slated to release on September 29, this year.
