Do you remember Fatima Sana Shaikh? Yesss! She played a significant role in Dangal. It is rumoured that Aamir Khan's Dangal co- star Fatima Sana Shaikh is in Thugs of Hindostan too! Here at CRB Tech Reviews we bring you the update.
Initially there were rumours that either Shraddha Kapoor or Alia Bhatt was likely to be cast for the role. But now reports says that it’s Fatima who might enact the role next to Aamir in the movie. If Fatima gets finalised for the role, this will be another big opportunity for her after Dangal. In fact, in one of her interviews with a leading magazine during Dangal, when Fatima was asked if she would like to give audition for a role in Thugs as the leading ladies were not finalised. To that she responded with a positive nod and added that she would love to. She said that she would love to work with Aamir sir again in Thugs of Hindostan. Sources also revealed that Vaani Kapoor is also being considered for the role in Thugs of Hindostan.
Folks for you here is the storyline of Thugs of Hindostan. It is quite appealing as it is based on the similar lines of Pirates of the Caribbean. Although the script is undergoing changes and matching to Matchstick Men were also doing the rounds but no confirmation till date has been made. So currently what we know is that the movie is about pirates and their adventures in a sea voyage. Of course the storyline appears interesting and with two legendary actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan being a part of it make it even more special. But we are eager to know if Fatima has been finalised for the role or not. If Fatima bags this role then this film would be Aamir Khan’s next with Fatima Shaikh. Let’s hope that the making team does an official confirmation soon.
The movie is being directed by Vijay Acharya; Thugs Of Hindostan is all slated to release on Diwali 2018.
