12 Actors Whose Talents Didn’t Find Their Worth In Bollywood

Only a few rules the Bollywood. It is common that the same group of actors are at the top for many decades and it doesn't appear as things gonna change in the future too. In today’s blog topic by CRB Tech Reviews, we list such 12 stars whose amazing skills got clouded!

Here's a list of 12 Bollywood actors whose talents couldn’t be exploited to the core and proved again it’s lack in talent recognition:

1. Jaaved Jaffrey

12 Actors Whose Talents Didn’t Find Their Worth In Bollywood

He made his debut with Subhash Ghai's Meri Jung. Quickly he created a name for himself as a break dancer for his sense of humour and was much appreciated and was given bit-characters in Salaam Namaste and Shaurya, but he didn't get his worth.

2. Isha Sharvani

She also made a debut in Subhash Ghai's film; viz. Kisna opposite Vivek Oberoi. Isha owes her best performance in Luck By Chance to Zoya Akhtar's brilliant eye. Although she picked a few good films like Ajay Devgn's remake of The Notebook and Bejoy Nambiar's David where she enacted the role of a mute girl, she got fast lost in a sea of pretty faces.

3. Ashutosh Rana

12 Actors Whose Talents Didn’t Find Their Worth In Bollywood

Arguably the most fearful villain of the 90s when he performed in Dushman and Sangharsh back to back. As with Bollywood trends he got stereotyped into characters of a villain in movies like Badal, Kasoor and Haasil. Recently he came back in an adorable character in the role of Alia Bhatt's father in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya.

4. Riteish Deshmukh

Riteish made his debut in a B-grade film, Tujhe Meri Kasam. However, he next found his feet and filmmakers discovered his excellent comic attribute and got signed in films which were probably crasser than he would have liked them to be. He again confirmed his worth in Ek Villain which shows how wasted was his acting ability.

5. Chandrachur Singh

He did a number of films in the late 90s including Kya Kehna, Josh and Daag: The Fire and then fast evaporated from the scene while doing a few patriotic films in the early 2000s. He was last seen in Mira Nair's movie where he also sings a ghazal.

6. Shreyas Talpade

Shreyas Talpade

He had the world at his feet when he made his debut in Nagesh Kukunoor's Iqbal and even went on to act with Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om. But owing to a few bad movie choices, he still didn’t get his due as an actor. He was last seen in Great Grand Masti where he marries a Urvashi Rautela.

7. Rahul Bose

The favourite son of Indian independent cinema, Bose had the credit of working with directors ranging from Dev Benegal, Aparna Sen and several good filmmakers. Unfortunately, Bollywood doesn't know what to do with such a talent, apart from Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do. He is also a marathoner and India's rugby captain, Bose deserves more sensible offers from B-town.

8. Mahi Gill

She made a stunning debut in Anurag Kashyap's Dev D, Gill is another victim of getting typecast into roles of edgy women and alcoholics. Very soon, performance-oriented roles and even her gig in the Zanjeer remake were not noticed because of the film's overall failure.

9.Vivek Oberoi

12 Actors Whose Talents Didn’t Find Their Worth In Bollywood

He started out in Ram Gopal Varma's Company, and made a brilliant beginning. And then he got lost after his controversial altercation with Salman Khan, and his film offers started to dry up.

10. Randeep Hooda

Randeep Hooda

He got discovered in Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding. He spent a long time trying to make it as a Bollywood hero as he did films like D and Risk. Even though he rendered a good performance in Sarbjit, Bollywood still has to give him his worth as an actor.

11.Arshad Warsi

Arshad Warsi

He made his debut alongside Chandrachur Singh in Tere Mere Sapne, Warsi lost the plot quite early and then made a comeback with Munnabhai series. He performed in a few gritty movies like Sehar, Ishqiya and Jolly LLB, but the actor actually didn’t get his due recognition.

12. Kunal Khemu

Kunal Khemu

He came as a child-star in Mahesh Bhatt's Zakhm, and then made his debut as an adult actor in Kalyug. He did a few movies like 99, Traffic Signal and then went on to co-write the dialogues of Go Goa Gone which has been a moderate success. The actor didn’t make made any significant achievements in his career since then.

We conclude for now.
